I'm Paul.
Are you curious about who I am, how I can help, and why I do this work? Great - let's check it out!
About Me
👋🏻 My name is Paul.
I grew up in a tight-knit family in Ireland. My life has been shaped by strong women who taught me resilience, empathy and the importance of having fun, even when the going gets tough.
In fact, I believe that having fun, whatever that looks like to you, is one of the most important parts of life - and it's even better when you get to share that with others!
I live in London with my partner and outside of coaching, you'll usually find me trying new restaurants, exploring the city, traveling, or buried in a good book.
My Story
I didn't take a traditional path.
School was tough. I struggled as a teenager when I realised I was gay, left college early, and stumbled into my first retail job with no real idea of what I was doing.
But I knew I wanted to lead. From the moment I started out, I worked hard to make it happen.
Nearly 10 years later, I'm at the heart of leadership in a major SaaS company - something my younger self would have only dreamed of. I came in with zero technical experience. Just curiosity, stubbornness, and a willingness to figure it out.
Along the way, I've had the privilege of not just leading teams, but coaching people across the globe through their first steps into leadership. Those conversations - watching someone find their footing - have been the best part of the job.
And across all of it, one thing keeps coming up: leaders are expected to be bold and decisive, but rarely get the support to figure out who they actually are first. Teams crave connection and realness from the people "above" them, but those people are often still working that out themselves.
I believe leadership starts with knowing what you stand for. When you have that, the confidence and the courage tend to follow. So does the ability to lead in a way that doesn't feel like you're performing a role someone else wrote for you.
I've been through the imposter syndrome. The trying to be everything to everyone. The losing track of yourself along the way.
That's why I started this - to help other leaders skip that spiral and get straight to the part where they lead like themselves.
My Approach to Coaching
Leadership isn't about titles or checklists - it's about impact. And the best leaders I've worked with haven't been the most polished or the most technically brilliant. They've been the ones who knew themselves well enough to show up consistently, honestly, and in a way that actually meant something to the people around them.
That's what I'm here to help you find.
When we work together, you'll get honesty - I won't just tell you what you want to hear. You'll get empathy - I'll meet you where you are, not where I think you should be. And you'll get a space where you can be straightforward about what's actually going on, without it needing to be polished or figured out first.
I also think this stuff shouldn't feel like a chore. If we're not having a good time at least some of the time, something's wrong.
My goal is simple: to help you see the best in yourself, trust it, and lead in a way that actually feels good.
Why I Coach
I believe one of the most impactful things we can do in life is leave the world better than we found it. For me, that means helping good people become good leaders - because good leaders create ripples of positive impact far beyond themselves.
That belief started when I was a kid watching Star Trek. I was amazed at how those characters, all so different in style and personality, could lead with integrity, elevate the people around them, and inspire something greater.
That’s the kind of leadership I want to help bring into the world.
